A product in development
Chassis Chapters is currently in development. Product concepts, features, availability, beta access, and launch timing may change. Content on this website describes current plans and is not a promise that any particular feature or release date will be available.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access, a place in a particular testing group, or a launch date. We may change, pause, or close the waitlist as the project develops.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse, disrupt, probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, waitlist, or related systems. You also may not submit another person’s email address without their permission or use the site for unlawful activity.
Website and brand content
The Chassis Chapters name, logo, website design, text, images, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, informational purposes, but may not copy, modify, distribute, impersonate, or commercially use this content without permission.
Availability and external services
The website and waitlist are provided on an “as available” basis. Operation may be interrupted or affected by maintenance, security issues, internet conditions, or the availability of service providers such as Cloudflare and Google. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chassis Chapters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms as the website or project changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the website after an update is subject to the revised terms.
