What we collect

When you join the beta waitlist, Chassis Chapters stores:

• Your normalized email address
• The signup timestamp
• The source identifier chassischapters.com

The waitlist does not ask for your name, phone number, vehicle information, VIN, account information, or advertising identifiers.

Cloudflare and Google may process technical request information, such as IP addresses or network and device details, as part of operating and protecting their services. Chassis Chapters does not intentionally add that provider-level technical information to your waitlist record.

How we use waitlist information

We use waitlist information only to:

• Maintain the Chassis Chapters beta and launch waitlist
• Communicate about private beta access
• Send Chassis Chapters launch or product-availability updates
• Operate and protect the waitlist service

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting and server-side request handling. Google Apps Script and Google Sheets provide waitlist processing and storage. These providers are separate organizations and may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and sale

Chassis Chapters does not sell waitlist email addresses. We share waitlist information with service providers only as needed to operate the website and waitlist. We may also disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process.

Cookies and analytics

Chassis Chapters has not intentionally added analytics, advertising trackers, or application-level tracking cookies to this website or waitlist. Infrastructure providers may use or process technical information as part of delivering, securing, and maintaining their services.

Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the beta and launch waitlist, communicate about Chassis Chapters, comply with applicable obligations, or until deletion is requested where appropriate.

Your choices

Email claire.chassischapters@gmail.com to request removal from the waitlist, deletion or correction of your waitlist email, or information about your waitlist record. These requests are handled manually; no automated privacy-request tool is currently offered.

You may also use that address to unsubscribe from future beta or launch communications.

Children

The waitlist is not intended for children under 13, and Chassis Chapters does not knowingly seek waitlist information from children under 13.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as the website, waitlist, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect.
